Make a new thread with the title 'Application: battle name : your clan" and these questions:

ie "Application: Hamburg: Freelancers United"

Name: (your ingame name, and GOI forum username)
E-Mail: (for TP related correspondence, if you with to keep this private, you can send a PM to tommy with it included)
Clan: (clan you belong to)
Time: (time of battle)
Date: (date of battle)
System: (which system the battle is fought in. If footage from another system moving into the battle system is needed, please also include this.)
Type: (raw footage, professional edited video etc.)

Video's can still be filmed without this form, but extra fees may apply.
